    1. Keep all required ingredients ready. Soak urad dhal and fenugreek seeds in water for four hours. After that drain water and with freshwater grind to paste using mixer and mix it with semolina and allow to ferment for at least four hours.
    2. Mix salt to batter, heat the tawa on gas, grease oil, put batter and spread dosa round. Bake on sim heat, spray one tsp oil.
    3. After 3-4 minutes, it becomes crispy golden in colour, then transfer to serving plate and enjoy with mango and coconut chutney. Semolina dosa is ready.
