    The ingredients needed to make Fruits Korma:

    1. Prepare 2 cups Fruits -( Apricot,apple, chikoo,pineapple, Dates,kiwi,orange,bananas - diced in cube shape )
    2. Take 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
    3. Take 20 Cashews
    4. Make ready 20 Cashews
    5. Make ready 20 raisins
    6. Make ready 10-12 Almonds soaked and peeled
    7. Prepare 1 Onion sliced & sautéed
    8. Take To taste Green chilli
    9. Get To taste Green chilli
    10. Make ready 1 sprig Curry leaves
    11. Prepare 1 Bay leaf
    12. Prepare 1 Bay leaf
    13. Prepare 1 Cinnamon small piece
    14. Make ready 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    15. Get 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
    16. Prepare 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
    17. Prepare 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
    18. Get 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
    19. Prepare 3 tbsp Fresh cream
    20. Get 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

    Instructions

    Steps to make Fruits Korma:

    1. Soak around half quantity of the cashew nuts in water. Sauté the sliced onion and when it cools down, add the soaked cashews and grind to a smooth paste.
    2. Add turmeric powder, salt and sliced green chilli to the fruit pieces and cook with little water.
    3. In a pan, make oil hot and add the cinnamon and bay leaf. Now add the rest of the cashew nuts,almonds followed by the raisins. When sautéed, add the ground paste of onion & cashews. To this add the curry leaves, cumin and pepper powders. Mix well and leave it to simmer for sometime. When the gravy thickens, add the cooked fruit pieces. Add salt if required.
    4. Now slowly add the cream, stir and switch off the flame when about to boil. Add pomegranate & cover the pan.Add chopped Coriander leaves.
    5. After sometime, garnish with nuts, raisins and pomegranate seeds and serve. Yummy 😋 Fruits Korma is ready.
