Steps to make Murgh Makhani:
Wash the chicken thoroughly. Marinate with the ingredients under "to marinate". Keep in the fridge for 2 hrs. - - 2. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in kadai add the marinated chicken to this cook till chicken absorbs the masala completely. - - 3. Take this and keep aside. Heat remaining butter in pan add ginger garlic paste to his. Saute nicely. - - 4. Add tomato puree and salt. Add all the masala powders close with lid. cook till oil separates.
