Prepare 300 g button mushroom
Prepare Wooden skewers
Take Hot boiling water

Take 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Prepare 1 tsp white pepper

Soak the mushroom in hot boiling water for 1 minutes then drain and sliced it.
Whisk together the marinated sauce in a medium bowl and put the slice mushrooms into the sauce and leave it for 15 minutes.
Thread 4 mushroom strips on each skewer and place skewer in a plate.
Heat the griddle pan with a little bit of oil on medium heat. Put the mushroom skewers and cook for 2 minutes each side. Set aside.
On the low heat, add the remaining marinated sauce into the griddle pan until the sauce reduces and a bit thickness.
Arrange mushroom satay on a platter and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with warm rice and sambal
