    Steps to make Medu Vada With Sesame Chutney:

    1. Soak urad dal for 1-2 hours. Then grind it in wet grinder or mixer by adding little by little water.It will take little while to grind into smooth paste.Do not add too much water as it will soak oil while deep frying.Add salt as it help to grind.
    2. Once the dough is ready remove it and keep it a side.
    3. Heat oil in frying pan.Take small portion of dough with wet hands or spoon and make into shape of vada and put a small hole in center and drop the vada in the oil.If you are using spoon to make vada,then take it on a ziplock plastic and then make shape of vada and a hole in the center.This hole will allow to cook vada in the center also.
    4. Fry the vadas till golden colour and remove it on the paper towel.
    5. For chutney : Take sesame seeds in mixture bowl and grind it into fine powder.
    6. Then add green chillis tamrind and salt to it and grind it again.Add water to make smooth chutney.Keep the consistency according to your choice.Remove it in a bowl.
    7. Heat oil in small wok for tadka or seasoning.Add mustard seeds,red chilly and fenugreek seeds and hing andcurry leaves aslo allow it to splutter.Then add this tadka to chutney.Mix well.
    8. Serve the Vadas with sesame chutney.
