    4. Next day, take the batter and add baking soda and 1 spoon of oil in that. Mix it well
    5. Medu vada batter is ready now fry it with machine or with your hands.
    6. Fry till it turns to golden brown and it's ready
    7. Now comes to chutney part for that you need freshly grated coconut 1/2 cup.
    8. Take the mixer jaar and add grated coconut, green chillies, salt to taste, add some water and mix it well in grinder. Take it into the bowl
    9. Now give tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves. Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add into the chutney bowl. It's ready now.
    10. Serve medu vada and chutney with tea.
