    4. Then add 1tbsp salt and 1 tbsp rice flour..mix it well.
    5. Now turn on the flame and heat a pan and add oil.
    6. Now make small sized balls with wet hands.
    7. Flatten the balls slightly..and make a hole.
    8. Now put on by one in oil for frying..on medium flame.
    9. Keep on fliping in between..till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
    10. Once it is fried properly..take it out.
    11. Serve it in a plate with chutney.
