    3. Now add rice mixture in it and mix well.
    4. Add all the veggies onion, green chilli,ginger paste, coriander leaves and salt mix with your hand.
    5. Heat oil in a pan.
    6. When oil is medium hot that time take a rice mixture and add baking soda and mix well.
    7. Now grease your hand with water and take little mixture on your hand, and make a hole with your thumb center of the ball. And give it a shape like medu vada.
    8. Follow this steps and fry this vada in medium flame.
    9. When it comes to golden brown in colour remove it in tissue paper.
    10. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

    Grind everything into a smooth paste by draining water. These are mostly made without onions, ginger, pepper & chilies based on the family customs.
