    2. Take a frying pan add oil to it let it heat. Take a bowl add blended urad dal, onion green chilli, salt Cumin seeds, coriander leaves, curry leaves mix all ingredients well.
    3. Make a donut and deep fry in the oil till it turns to golden brown. Serve it with idli chutney sambhar
    4. Enjoy!

    Add roasted chana dal, green chillies, salt, cumin seeds and ginger. Blend using some water to a smooth chutney. You can even add some fresh coriander leaves as well.
