    2. Now heat a pan and put 1 tsp oil in it. now add asafoetida, mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leave in it for tadka. Now add this tadka to paste.
    3. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves to paste and mix all together.
    4. Heat oil for deep fry. Take a ball size portion from wet hand, roll it to a boll. Make a hole in the center with your thumb. Leave it in medium heated oil.
