    1. Wash and soak urad daal for more than 5 hrs.
    2. Once it it soaked remove the water and grind to a paste, add water little by little and keep grinding.
    3. The batter should not be runny or too thick
    4. Remove batter in a whol and with your hand mix the batter in speed and one direction. The batter will trun airy fluffy and white.
    5. Once the batter is mixed well, add jeera, chopped coconut abd curry leaves chopped and salt.Mix all well.
    6. Heat oil in medium flame, wet your finger with water and take a portion of batter and dig a small hole in between and drop this in the oil.
    7. Few test and trials will be required for this, once you are pro you are good to go.
    8. Fry until brown and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar (sambar and chutney receipe will share seprate)
