    1. Fry all for grinding till Onion turns golden brown in colour and tomato get mashed.
    2. Grind it after cooling.
    3. Wash with maida to remove dirt and cut mushroom into small size. Fry it adding turmeric.keep it aside.
    4. Fry the ingredients to fry add 1 spoon finely chopped onion.
    5. Add ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon.Add the masalas to it.
    6. Now add ground Onion paste to it. Finally add coriander leaves. Serve it hot with roti.
