    1. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Wash with enough water with turmeric (2 pinch). Press with both the palm to discard the washed water. Keep on a plate.
    2. Remove the skin of potatoes and turai. Chop into small pieces. Chop onion, green chilli (not firey) and tomatoes.
    3. Heat oil in kadhai. Crackle mustard seeds. Add red chili. Saute for same seconds. Add and saute green chilli and chopped onions till rawness is gone.
    4. Add the chopped, turai and fry for 2 minute. Mix the chopped potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Cook, covered on low heat till 80% is done.
    5. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook till the curry is done. Mushroom leave water. I left the mudroom santula with some gravy. Enjoy the dish, with hot roti or steamed rice. - Thanks
