    Instructions

    Steps to make Mushroom Biryani:

    1. Pour 2 tbsp of oil or ghee into to the cooker. Add to chopped green chillies and onions and fry well.
    2. Once the onion is cooked add a small amount of curry leaves and fry well. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add 2 tomatoes in it along with all these.
    3. Add to Biryani masala. And 1tbsp of turmeric powder and 2 tbsp of chilli powder.And add small amount of salt.
    4. Once everything is well fried add the copped mushrooms and potatoes. When the mushrooms are half cooked add a 2 tbsp Of curd and saute it.
    5. Finally add to chopped coriander and mint leaves.When it's cooked add half tbsp of lemon juice.
    6. Saute all this well and leave the required amount of water to boil. Then add to it rice and pressure cook it for 2 whistle.
    7. Now our hot and tasty mushrooms Biryani is ready.
