    Steps to make Aloo Gobhi Ki Sabzi:

    1. Heat up water in a pan,add chopped potato and cauliflower pieces and let them boil for 5-7 minutes.
    2. Now heat up oil in a pan add chopped onion,garlic and cook it till onion turns to golden brown colour and then make it's paste.
    3. Now heat up oil in same pan,add cumin seeds,bayleaf,cinnamon, cloves,cardamom and mix everything well.
    4. Now add onion paste and roast it till it cooks properly.
    5. Once the onion paste is cooked then add ginger cuts,green chilli and mix.Now add tomato puree,chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder,chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well and cook till puree cooks well.
    6. Now add curd (make sure the flame will be low while adding curd). Add boiled potato and cauliflower pieces,mix well ads some water cook it for 4-5 minutes.
    7. After 5 minutes aloo gobhi sabzi will be ready.
    8. Serve hot with rice or chapati
