    Instructions to make Cabbage Sabzi:

    1. Add Oil to a pan and add 1 spoon of jeera and 1 spoon of crushed dried methi and let it splutter. Do not burn
    2. Add chopped onions and fry till golden
    3. Add 2 spoons ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes off
    4. Add chopped tomatoes and required salt and cook till tomatoes turn mushy
    5. Add chopped potatoes, cover and cook till potatoes are half cooked
    6. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and saute till raw smell goes off
    7. Add chopped cabbage and coat them with the masala and cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat by stirring occasionally.
    8. Add 1/2 spoon garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti, chapathi.etc
