    Steps to make No onion sabzi:

    1. In a pan heat ghee. Put cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it and saute for a while now add ginger paste and saute till raw smell goes away.
    2. Now add tomato puree, saute until tomatoes leaving pan. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder and sabzi masala. Add ½ tbsp water also. Saute till water evaporates and masala gets aromat.
    3. Now add ghee residue and mix well. Stir it continuously so all lumps can break and we get a smooth paste. Saute till ghee oozing from sides now add mashed potatoes and saute for a minute so all masala cooperated well.
    4. Gradually add water and bring a boil. Slow down the gas and cover it. Cook for 5 more minutes on low heat.
    5. Sprinkle garam masala powder and cover it for a while.
    6. Tasty aalu gravy is ready to serve. Serve hot with puri or paratha.
