Boil milk in a nonstick pan.Crush khowa with little milk till smooth.Add to the boiling milk.Add the nuts paste and also crushed nuts.Adjust sugar if adding condensed milk.Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.
Now add the fried vermicelli and boil till rich and creamy.Sprinkle saffron soaked milk and crushed cardamom.Add the raisins and stir.Chill and serve a rich aromat dessert.
