    1. Collect the ingredients. Chopped the tomatoes and onion.
    2. Roast the papad on tawa.
    3. Break into pieces.
    4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, black mustard seeds.Saute for few seconds, add bay leaves, dried red chiliies. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well
    5. Add chopped onion, fry for one min. Add all the above spices. Mix well.
    6. Add chopped tomatoes, fry for 3 mins on low flame. Add water, let it boil.
    7. Add kasuri methi, roast papad,salt to taste, mix well. Turn off the flame.
