Heat oil in a cooker, let it crackle, add onion. Saute for 4 mins on low flame. Add ginger garlic paste, saute for one min.
Add tomato puree, saute for 5 mins. on medium flame. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, mix well. Saute for few seconds.
Add lauki, mix well, saute for one min. Add little water. Cover with the lid. Pressure cook for one whistle on high flame.
