    1. Peel and cut Suran in dice shape.. Now dry suran in oil untill crispy… Now remove suran from oil.. Now take oil in vessel add onion garlic and green chillies saute it than add cummin seeds… As onion gets reddish brown than add tomatoes cook for 5to7 minutes
    2. Later cool the mixture and blend it to form a paste.. In kadai add oil bay leaf add spices in oil mix well tha. Add blended mixture in oil lte it cook for 5 to 7 minutes keep stirring… As masala gets cooked than add water
    3. Let it boil for 5 minutes.. Than add suran and salt.. Let it cook on slow flame for 10 minutes
    4. Now suran is ready.. Serve hot and enjoy with rice or chapati 😍
