    1. Marinate mutton with ginger garlic paste yoghurt red chilli turmeric salt chopped green chilli coriander mint leaves and lemon juice for 1 hour
    2. Heat oil in pressure cooker add clove cardomon cinnamon pepper corn also add sliced onions
    3. Once onions are golden brown add marinated mutton tomatoes mix well sautey on low flame till tomatoes are sift and oil oozes out
    4. Add 1 cup water close cooker pressure cook for 1 whistle on high heat then simmer 15 minutes or until mutton is tender
    5. Open lid once pressure is gone check mutton should be cooked…then add 1 and half times water to rice bring to a boil add washed and 30 minutes soaked basmati rice add green chilli coriander mint leaves
    6. Close lid pressure cook until 2 whistles on high heat then off gas cool cooker completely then serve
