    1. Take 400 gms ripe Tomatoes
    2. Make ready 1 tsp Salt
    3. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

    5. Get 1 tsp Cumin powder
    6. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
    7. Take 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
    8. Prepare 1-2 Green chillies
    9. Take 3-4 tbsp Oil
    10. Take 12 Curry leaves
    11. Prepare 3 Dry Red chillies
    12. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    13. Prepare 1 tsp Mustard seeds
    14. Prepare 2 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves

    Instructions

    Steps to make Hyderabadi Tamater Ki Chutney:

    1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add Asafoetida followed by Mustard and Cumin seeds both. Let them crackle a bit before adding Red chillies and Curry leaves. Saute all for a few seconds. Now add the chopped tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
    2. Cover and cook till the Tomatoes get tender and mushy. Do not add water. Let them cook in their own juices. Cook until the oil starts separating. Adjust salt if needed. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with Plain Boiled Rice and roasted Gosht. It just tastes awesome.
