Make ready 250 gms thick dahi (without water)
Take 2 big sized onions, chopped
Prepare 2 big sized tomatoes, chopped
Take 4 tbsp oil
Take 2 tbsp garlic red chilli chutney
Prepare 1 tsp hing
Take 2 tsp jeera
Take 1 tsp Haldi powder
Make ready 4 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 2 tbsp dhaniya powder
Get 1 tsp garam masala
Make ready 2 tsp ginger chilli paste
Prepare 2 tsp green chillies chopped
Take to taste Salt
Take some Chopped coriander leaves

Steps to make Dahi Tikhari (Dahi Ki Sabzi):
First, take dahi, put in a big maslin cloth, tie it tightly to drain it's water, hang it on someplace for at least 1 hour, so excess water drains out from dahi.
Take a kadai, heat on a medium flame, add oil, add hing and jeera. Jeera changes colour, add green chillies and chopped onions, saute for 2 minutes, add tomatoes, ginger chilli paste, haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, salt to taste.
Mix well all. Saute till oil comes up and leaves sides of kadai, stir well. First turn off gas stove. Now add thick dahi in it.
Mix well dahi in oily texture of cooked onions and tomatoes, Add some chopped coriander to garnish. Tomato flower for garnishing.
Ready to serve.
