Steps to make Crispy Arbi ki Sabzi:
Peel off the Arbi and cut it in to small round shape and fry in a Kadhai with oil.
Take them out and to same Kadhai add bay leaf, inger garlic paste and all veggies.
Cook for 2-3 min and then add all the dry masala.
Mix well and then add fried Arbi to it.
Pour lemon juice and Garam masala to above and mix well.
Cook till oil comes from the side then switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
You can serve it with roti or also eat with daal as a side dish.
