    9. Mix properly and marinate for 12 hrs for better result in refrigerator but if u are in hurry use any meet tenderize of your choice
    10. Take 2_3 onions, sliced and fry them. Keep side
    11. Take rice wash and soak in water for 30 minutes
    12. Boil water for 10_15 minutes after bubbles comes with mint, coriander, salt, lemon peels, cumin seeds, cloves, black pepper, star seed, fennel seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick. Or if you want make potly of all the ingredients for rice.
    13. Drain all the above things from water and add rice into it for boiling
    14. Boil rice till half done (do kunny) and drain all the water. Keep a side
