    1. Wash and de seed the chillies and make a slit longitudinally.
    2. Roast the ingredients for the stuffing and grind it along with the tamarind pulp. Fill this stuffing in the chillies. Make a batter with the ingredients listed under it and keep aside for 10 minutes until the oil gets heated.
    3. Deep fry these coated with the batter evenly on all sides on medium flame to allow it to cook really well from the inside also. Serve these crisp cut mirchi cutting them into small pieces with a hot cup of chai. Or you can cut them beforehand into 2 or 3 pieces from each Chilli and dip in the batter and fry as usual.
