    1. Make ready 2 potatoes (chopped)
    2. Make ready 3 capsicum(chopped)
    3. Take 1 tsp Jeera
    4. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric
    5. Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
    6. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
    7. Get 2-3 tbsp Peanut and Fried gram powder
    8. Take as required Coriander
    9. Prepare 2-3 tbsp oil
    10. Take to taste Salt

    Instructions

    Steps to make Aloo Capsicum Sabzi:

    1. Fry the peanuts and peel. Make a coarse powder of peanuts and fried gram. (Both are taken in equal quantity)
    2. In a pan heat oil, add Jeera when they splutter add the potatoes. Fry.
    3. Add a little salt. Cover and cook till potatoes are half done.
    4. Check the potatoes in between. If required sprinkles little water and cook.
    5. When potatoes are half done, add the capsicum and cover and cook for few more minutes.
    6. Once the vegetables are cooked add salt to taste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix.
    7. If the curry sticks to the bottom sprinkle a little water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    8. Now add the peanuts and fried gram powder and stir.
    9. Finally add coriander leaves and mix.
    10. Aloo capsicum sabji or curry is ready to be served.
