    2. After the pressure settles down on it's own, open the lid and adjust the consistency to semi thick. Use water as required. Also check on Salt. Simmer it on a low to medium high heat. And last but not the least, prepare it's tempering now. Heat Oil and add sliced Onions. Also add Ginger garlic paste and Green chillies. Fry until golden brown and well sauteed. Add chopped Coriander Leaves to it and mix this tempering with the cooked Daal. Mix well and enjoy with Chapatis or Phulkas.
