    16. Get 1/2tbsp Degi mirch
    17. Make ready As needed Ghee or Oil for tadka
    18. Make ready As required chopped green coriander leaves
    19. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin seeds
    20. Take 1/2 tbsp carom seeds
    21. Take 1 pinch asafoetida

    Knead well to make tough dough. If need be add more potato for binding. There is no need to add water. Roll into pooris using dry kuttu floor.


    Instructions

    Steps to make Kuttu aata poori and aalloo sabzi:

    1. For aalloo sabzi…..Take a vok. Add ghee then add cumin seed, carom seeds and asofetida. Saute it for a mnt.
    2. Then add tomato puree, ginger paste and chopped chilli mix well and cooked for 2 to 3 mnts.
    3. Then add potatoes in it and mix properly.Add water according to requirment. Add one mashed potato so that gravy could be thick.
    4. Cook it for 15 mnts. Garnished with green coriander leaves.
    5. For pooris…..take a bowl. Add kuttu atta, boiled mashed potatoes some coriander leaves, some Spanich leaves mix well and knead into a smooth dough.
    6. Take a vok on gas. Add ghee let it be hot.
    7. Take a small ball of dough and roll it with the help of roller pin.
    8. Add the rolled poori in hot ghee and fry it till turns golden brown and crispy.
    9. Made all pooris like first one.
    10. Serve hot with aallo sabzii.
