    1. Wash and marinate the meat with Ginger garlic paste at first. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and saute the onions until translucent.
    2. After about 4 to 5 minutes, add the chopped Tomatoes. Saute all of that for a while and add the rest of the spices along with the meat. After about 5 minutes of sauteeing the meat, close the lid.
    3. Pressure cook it for 7 to 8 whistles or until done. After the pressure settles down, add the beaten Yoghurt. Tear the chapatis into pieces and add to it. Simmer for the next 15 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and a generous dollop of Ghee before serving.
