    1. First take milk in a wide heavy bottom pan and turn the heat on middium. Once the milk boiling lower the heat. Continue to boil the milk till it is reduced to3/4.
    2. When milk is boling, in another heavy kadahi melt the ghee and add the atta.
    3. Stir fry, over low heat till the colour of aata should be a light brown. Shut off the heat. Now in atta mixture, add the sugar, black pepper,sauf, sonth, dry nuts,elachi powder and mix very well.
    4. When milk reduce, add grind green meethi paste.and stir continuously till thick consistancy
    5. At time Aata mixture is now add into thick green milk.
    6. Add coconut powder and again mix well.
    7. Take a small amount of the mixture in your palm and make a small round ball. Roll in coconut powder.
    8. Store in air tight containers in freeze. It is good for 3-4 days.
