Get 250 gm Pumpkin
Take 1 medium size Onion
Prepare 5 garlic pods, little ginger piece
Prepare 1 bayleaf,1tsp garam masala powder
Take Green chillies,few curry patta,1 tsp haldi
Make ready Corrriander leaves for granish
Prepare All Spices including Salt

Instructions to make Dry Pumpkin Sabzi:
In a big Bowl/vessel, Peel off skin of Pumpkin, wash and keep aside,add little haldi. In a Kadai put Oil when heating put Jeera, bayleaf,add chopped onion, saute and fry, till pinkish,add grated garlic and ginger, curry patta,saute for few minutes.
Now add Pumpkin pieces in it,put all Spices, Salt as per required, cover the Kadai in a medium flame for 10 minutes'.
Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and little garam masala powder and serve hot with Dal and chapati/Roti.
