    1. Firstly take a pressure cooker, add chana, salt & chana dal. Add 4 cups water, place the lid, give 8-10 whistles.
    2. Switch off the flame, allow it to depressurise. Keep aside.
    3. Now take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add ginger & whole garam masala, sauté it for a while.
    4. Add ginger garlic paste, also add lil water, sauté it for a while. Now add onion paste, add lil water also, stir fry it for a while.
    5. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until onion turns brown. Add tomato purée & salt, stir fry till oil separates.
    6. Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, again add lil water, increase the flame, stir fry it until oil separates.
    7. Add garam masala powder, stir it.
    8. Add chole now, stir it for a while. Add water if required.
    9. Place the lid now give 4-5 whistles.
    10. Switch off the flame, allow it to depressurise.
    11. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & ginger juliens.
