    6. Prepare 2 Onions finely chopped
    7. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

    11. Get 1 bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped

    1. Wash and drain the mince in a colander. In a cooking pot, heat Oil. Add Green Chillies and Ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute and then add the sliced Onions.
    2. Saute the Onions until translucent. Now add the rest of the spices. Saute them for a minute and add the Lamb Mince now.
    3. On a medium high heat, stir fry the Mince for a good 6 to 7 minutes. Now add Potatoes too. Cover and simmer for about 15 to 18 minutes. Add little water if required. Adjust Salt at this stage accordingly. Garnish with chopped Coriander and Garam Masala. Serve hot alongside meals.
