Heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker. Add Onions, whole Green Chillies and Ginger Garlic paste. Saute for a minute or two on a medium high heat. Now add chopped Onion Greens. Saute for a minute and finally add all the spices and Mutton.
Pressure cook this for about 7-8 whistles or until done. Now let it cool down a bit before opening the lid. Meanwhile deep fry Potato cubes. Keep aside.
They can be deep fried if desired. Otherwise you can add them directly to the gravy and cook until done after opening the lid of the Pressure Cooker. You can adjust the consistency of the gravy according to your liking.
Simmer on a low to medium high until they get done. Adjust Salt according to taste and garnish with lots of finely chopped Coriander Leaves. That's it. Serve with steamed plate of Plain Rice, Parathas, Baghara Khaana, Zeera Pulao etc. Enjoy!
