- Heat kadhai with oil saute dry red chilli in for 1 min
- Take it out and in same oil saute garlic in it for 2 mins. Now add ginger cumin mix it add tarmarind and saute it for 2-3 mins
- Cool it and grind everything in grinder coarsely
