    2. Make ready 1 tsp coriander seeds

    Instructions to make Kollu Chutney:

    1. First, dry roast the horse gram until it changes color. Keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds,and peppercorns. Once it pops up add the onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves one by one. Add some salt and saute till the onions are transparent.
    3. Now add the tomatoes. Cook till it gets mushy.
    4. Switch off the flame. Cool down. First, Blend roasted horse gram finely. Then add the tomato mixture to the jar and grind them altogether nicely adding some water to it.
    5.
