Take 1/2 cup Roasted and Skin removed Peanuts

Instructions to make Peanut Chutney:
Add the ingredients given for grinding in a mixie. Grind to a smooth paste by adding water gradually. Transfer to a bowl.
In a tadka pan, add the ingredients given for tempering. Fry it. Add this to the Chutney. Mix well.
Serve with idli, dosa, aapam, lemon sevai and tomato sevai.
