Cut tofu into thin slices and fry in sesame oil
In a small bowl add mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, cayenne, maple syrup

After tofu is fried, cut and fry the onion, sliced longways. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and white scallions.
After onions are cooked, add the fried tofu and soy sauce mix. Sprinkle carrot and some extra raw onion on top. Add one cup of water and bring to boil for 10 minutes
