- Take 1 cup (250 ml) all-purpose flour
- Get Half tbsp instant yeast powder
- Prepare 3 tbsp oil
- Get 3 tbsp full cream milk
- Take Half cup water
- Get 4 tbsp sugar
- Prepare Half tsp salt
- Prepare Chopped walnuts and raisins
- Make ready Few sesame seeds for sprinkle on top
- Prepare 2 tbsp butter (optional) for garnishing

- First of all in a bowl add all-purpose flour (sieved) sugar,salt, oil,milk mix it all together
- Now in a separate cup add warm water, add instant yeast powder and wait it to activate it,when bubbles appear it means it's activate
- Now add the yeast water in flour mixture mix it all together and cover it for rising the dough
- When it becomes double in size knead it again with little bit more flour also add chopped walnuts, raisins and make small balls 5 to 6 and place in the greased pan with gap
- Then again cover the balls with plate or cloth and leave for 10 minutes
- Then brush with milk for golden colour on top and sprinkle some Sesame seeds on top
- Now take a big pot preheat for 10 minutes then place the stand in it put the buns on it and cover the lid and cook for 1 hour in low flame
- When buns are ready garnish with butter on top and cover it again for 5 minutes
- Enjoy it in the breakfast or with tea
