- Take jumbo size bread slice and do not cut he sides as we are going to spread cream it will give perfect shape,cut into slices of tomato, cucumber, take some dill leaves for decoration and some spring onion,cherry tomato, cucumber also we needed.Par boil potatoes and slice them and spread some salt and red chilli powder and bake for 15 minute on 180° and make cream of curd and mayonnaise for spreading on cake.
- And on 3rd layer spread again with cheese and schezwan chutney with placing potato slices on top cover with another slice with just spreading cheese spread and cover the sandwich spread the curd and mayo mix like we spread whipp cream for cake and cover from all sides and decorate with thin sliced carrot,spring onion,cucumber, cherry tomatoes and dill leaves.serve this beautiful sandwich cake with evening tea.
