    2. Prepare 1 packet milk powder
    3. Get 3/4 cup sakkar/sugar
    4. Take 1/2 cup mawa
    5. Take 1 tsp elachi(cardamom) powder
    6. Make ready 1 cup milk
    7. Take 3/4 cup Desi ghee

    1. First make powder of walnut & keep 4-5 for chopped walnut. Heat ghee in a pan add deshi ghee put walnut powder, stir it, add milk powder, mawa. Stir continuously
    2. Add sakkar and chopped walnuts. Mix well. Add milk,elachi powder. Cover the pan. Until dry milk.
    3. Open the cover stir continuously till ghee separate from the halwa. Turn off gas. Serve hot.
