    1. In a big bowl add meshed potato grated beetroot salt pepper chilli powder chaat masala lemon juice all spices fresh coriander and bread crumbs mix well and make a dough..make balls out of it..
    2. Make a gravity in a balls and fill with cheese
    3. Dip these balls in corn flour mixture and coat with bread crumbs.. keep them in fridge for at least half an hour to set..
    4. Heat oil in a pan at medium flame.. when oil is hot enough fry these beetroot cheese bombs in low medium flame till it becomes golden brown in color..
    5. Serve hot with raw mango chutney or tamarind chutney or any ketup or sauce of your choice
