    This is adapted from my mom's spaghetti recipe. It's a family favorite that simmers while you prepare the pasta–great for busy nights. I usually serve this over spaghetti, but sometimes I use linguine, fettucine, or penne. Good with garlicky bread and a salad.


    Instructions

    Instructions to make Spaghetti and minced meat:

    1. In a sufuria put water and bring to boil, the moment it has boiled put in your spaghetti and let it simmer for at least 15 - 20mins and check if its cook… If yes the drain the water and then pour in cold water and drain.. Then add in a little oil and salt.
    2. In a sufuria boil the minced meat and let it cook. Aside Chop your onions, tomatoes,carrots, potatoes, green paper, dhania, grind your ginger and garlic well.
    3. In a sufuria put in oil and when its hot out in your onions and let them brown… Add in the boiled minced meat and stir well.
    4. Add in curry powder, ginger and garlic and stir well. cover and let it simmer for 5mins.
    5. Add in the tomatoes,potatoes, green pepper and a pinch of salt and stir well add a cup of water and cover and let it cook.
    6. When its almost ready add in your carrots and beef cube(1) and let it simmer for a while. When ready put aside and sprinkle your chopped dhania on top and cover it. meal is ready.
