For upper crust- in a bowl add soaked Sago, grated boiled potato, 1 Teaspoon cumin, red chilli powder, 1/2 Teaspoon salt some Coriander. Mix everything well and make a soft dough.
For stuffing- in a bowl add paneer, chopped chillies, Coriander, lemon juice, salt, cumin, grated ginger and crushed cashews.
Now take equal portions of sago and paneer mix. Stuff paneer mix into sago mixture exactly like we stuff paratha.
And smoothen the surface with the help of little water.
Make such stuffed vada's.
Heat oil in a deep vessel and fry these paneer bombs over medium flame.
Once crust becomes golden brown take it out and serve it.
Serve it with nice curd chutney or green chutney. !
