    1. In a bowl add maida, corn flour, salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and make a thick batter by adding water.
    2. Put Mushrooms in batter. In a kadhai heat up oil and fry the Mushrooms till golden color. keep aside the fried Mushrooms.
    3. Now in a same kadhai put 2 tbsp oil and heat it.. add chopped ginger garlic, onions and saute a bit.. now put chillies, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, capsicum and saute for a minute.
    4. Now add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce,. Stir it and add salt to taste.. finally add fried Mushrooms and mix everything well and switch off the flame and garnish with coriander.
