    1. Cut eggplants (baingan) into half, brush the surface with olive oil and sprinkle salt over it and bake in a oven for 45 minutes.
    2. Take them out and scoop out the soft white part and keep aside.
    3. In a pan heat oil and add green chillies and onions and cook till onions are golden brown.
    4. Add tomatoes, tomato ketchup and spices, the scooped out brinjal and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
    5. Fill the brinjals with the stuffing, drizzle grated cheese on top and bake them for 12 mins.
    6. Use the remaining stuffing as gravy and shift the baked brinjals to the gravy & serve it
