To make Sabzi. Add oil in a kadhai first cook the brinjal till crisp and keep aside. Then add oil and then add mustard seeds jeera and saunf hing turmeric and saute well then add onion paste ginger garlic paste and saute well till brown. Now add cooked brinjal and the masala cook well. Lastly add the tamarind pulp with salt and make it boil a till raw smell goes. Garnish with spring onions and roll into roti and serve hot.
